Balancing the mind and body; through, relaxation and therapeutic massage. I have been a Certified Chiropractic Assistant for the past four years.

Throughout that time, I began to see how much chiropractic care and massage therapy, when used in conjunction, can help relieve pain and patient symptoms. I love being a Chiropractic Assistant, but I also wanted to be more involved in the healing process. Therefore, I decided to go to massage therapy school. Now, as a licensed massage therapist, my number one goal is to meet each client’s individu

al needs by relieving pain and promoting relaxation to return the body back to a healthy balance. Services that I provide are Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Swedish massage. I have also studied Thai massage and am currently working to obtain my certification. I am very comfortable performing each of these techniques listed above, but at times I find myself combining these techniques to develop a massage that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Because I enjoy being a Chiropractic Assistant and a Massage Therapist so much, I currently split my time between my two passions. My massage appointment hours are mainly evenings and weekends. Saturday- 10:00-2:00

Sunday- 10:00-2:00

To my Now & Zen clients and those who follow my page. On 6/24/19 I will be having surgery and will be out 4-6 weeks recovering. Because of my upcoming surgery my schedule has completely filled up to my surgery date. I am taking appointments for the week of 7/29 and after. Please feel free to call/text to book your appointments for July as my schedule will be filling quickly as I have already started booking appointments. Thanks everyone for your loyal service and understanding while I’m recovering. I am soooo blessed to have such an amazing group of people. Also I am accepting any and all prayers for the doctors to be at their best and well rested, that my surgery goes flawless, and a fast recovery ☺️!!
