🇺🇸 National Vietnam War Veterans Day 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to honor and thank the men and women who served during the Vietnam War, including many of the Veterans and families we are privileged to know right here at Peaceful Pines.

Through our partnership with Patriot Angels, we help Veterans and their surviving spouses explore the VA Aid & Attendance benefit, a tax-free monthly pension that can help cover the cost of senior living and care for those who qualify. As a small way of saying thank you, Peaceful Pines waives the community fee for eligible Veterans working with Patriot Angels, helping families focus on care, comfort, and community.

If you or someone you love served during a wartime period, you may have benefits you didn’t even realize were available. Today, we honor your service and stand ready to help you explore the support you’ve earned.

🌟 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧!
We’re excited to introduce Meghan, Executive Director of Peaceful Pines Senior Living in Mitchell. A proud Mitchell native, Meghan brings more than 10 years of leadership experience and a passion for building strong teams and meaningful connections.

Outside of work, Meghan is a busy mom of four. Her oldest will graduate this spring and enjoys working on cars, her daughters stay active in cheer and show choir, and her youngest son is always willing to try a new sport. When she’s not cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys traveling, concerts, weight training, and spending time with family. At home, she and her partner often relax with puzzles or take on home improvement projects together.

In the months ahead, Meghan will be focused on helping bring Peaceful Pines Mitchell to life—supporting the continued construction of the community and building a caring, dedicated team to serve future residents and families.

She’s excited to be part of something meaningful for the Mitchell community and looks forward to connecting with residents, families, and neighbors along the way.
