Puppy Yoga is back! 🥳🐶 We absolutely adore this partnership with . It’s a win-win-win: students get puppy love, puppies get love & attention, and we raise money for their spay/neuters & vaccines! Space is limited and filling quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot on our website 💞

Because this class is also a fundraiser, each spot really matters. If you sign up, we ask that you plan to attend. If something comes up, please cancel as soon as you can so someone else can take your place- and if you’re able, consider sending a donation anyway to support the pups. Venmo: (note: puppy yoga).

To keep things fair for everyone, no-shows will be moved to the waitlist for future classes. Thank you for helping us support these sweet pups! 🐾

Meet the Orchestra 🎶 and allow the vibrations of sound to heal your body ~ from your cells to your mind. Join Annette for a Labyrinth of Sacred Sounds Sunday April 19, 8-9:15pm 🌱
💫 Experience a blissful journey into deep relaxation with the Swiss Resonance, monochord table, columns of sound, gongs, singing bowls, and more. Sound has been used for healing across cultures for centuries. Annette holds a doctorate from California Institute of Integral Studies, where she researched the transformational power of sound; including the monochord table, and trained with Fabian Maman at the Academy of Sound, Color and Movement in France. 🎼

Investment for this healing journey is on a sliding scale: $30-40 ✨

We’ve got an exciting month of events coming up! 🌼 In addition to these fun events, we also have a new community yoga class Tuesdays at 10:30 AM. This all levels, all bodies Yoga for Flexibility class is entirely donation based 💞. Speaking of Community Yoga ~ you still have 20 minutes to make it to our Saturday morning Community Yoga class! This class will be accompanied by Thomas playing beautiful live music on his hand pan 🥁
