🌗A Half-Day Retreat to Honor Balance, Let Go, and Turn Inward 🌓

As the wheel of the year turns toward the Fall Equinox, we’re invited to pause at the threshold—between light and dark, outer and inner, sound and silence.

Join us for a soul-nourishing half-day retreat weaving together ancient ceremony, mindful creation, and vibrational healing:

- Cacao Ceremony – Open the heart with the sacred medicine of cacao, grounding into presence and intention.

- Mala Making – Create your own hand-knotted mala as a personal symbol of balance, gratitude, or transition.

- Sound Bath – Surrender to deep rest with a restorative sound journey, allowing vibration to clear, align, and soothe.

This immersive experience is a space to connect inward, reflect on what you’re harvesting, and gently release what no longer serves—supported by community, creativity, and sacred ritual.

Come as you are. Leave balanced, open, and attuned.

Saturday mornings are getting a little slower ☕️ and more relaxing 😎 we’re moving our Saturday Community Yoga from 9 AM to 10 AM. Our hope is to give you a slower & more chill morning, and an opportunity to still make it to Yoga.

Love the new time? Let us know! Have a different idea for a day or time for community Yoga? Let us know that too. We’re always looking for your feedback 💕 Join every Saturday at 10 AM for the donation base class.
