Payments to Conley Clinic: if you had a bill for Conley Clinic payments can be made in person at Complete Family Medicine or via mail and all payments will have to be cash or check. We can get you a receipt to turn into your HSA for reimbursement if needed. Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

We can’t wait to see you at Complete Family Medicine. But… wait we must! We will not start seeing patients in the new location until May 15th ( maybe a few on the 10/11th but that’s a big maybe). We will be refilling medications and answering questions. Please be patient with us as we learn the computer system, the work flow etc.

Just a reminder, the clinic is no longer located on South Morley. You can find us at 1600 N.Morley suite A-115( next to urgent care and Goodwill). Our new phone number is 660-372-9595

Vitamin sales: We will continue to sell vitamins at the clinic until May 5th but will not sell them at the new location. Hils pharmacy will start stocking and selling the vitamins sold through Conley Clinic after May 5th.

Today is the day for the BIG announcement!

Conley Clinic will be joining Complete Family Medicine, a service of Hannibal Regional Hospital. Dr. Conley, D.O., Shelly Collins, FNP, and the staff will be serving you at 1600 N. Morley A-120 starting May 8th. The last day to see patients in our current location will be May 5th and we anticipate seeing patients at our new location on May 15th (maybe sooner if we learn the computer system in time!). You will be able to reach us at 660-372-9595 starting May 8th.

Complete Family Medicine has a same day payment discount (similar to our cash pay option) for those with high deductible plans or no insurance. They also offer a sliding scale discount program patients can apply for. We hope to get letters in the mail this week to all current patients.

We can't wait to serve you in our new location!

Announcement: If you haven’t heard there is a contract for the purchase of Doctors Park. Dr.Conley will NOT be retiring, the clinic will be moving to another location somewhere in Moberly. Once we know where we be located we will make another announcement.

Please be sure you bring your insurance cards and picture ID to your appointments. It’s the beginning of the year and we have to update your accounts!

It’s influenza and covid season. If you are sick we will gladly care for you but please call for an appointment instead of walking in the building.

When you do come inside when sick please wear a mask, sign in and go sit at the far north waiting area.

The current variant of covid often has sore throat and congestion as the first symptoms. Due to the rising number of cases we may ask you to have a covid test in the parking lot prior to coming in the building.
