I have exciting news for the future of EHDS&E!
I am moving to Northeastern Northeastern Missouri at the end of the month and we'll we'll be updating my personal training and knowledge base in order torder to open and all inclusive teaching teaching business surrounding surrounding pregnancy , birth, and newborn care. I haven't quite decided yet, but I'm thinking about reaching out reaching out to solo doulas to see if they would be interested in forming a cooperative.

This blog post is chock full of great information for how you can support a friend or family member who has just had a baby. Although item number two on the list is always bring food, I recommend checking about that first because it can be added stress if there is too much food and the new family can't eat it quickly enough before it goes bad. Something in a disposable foil pan that can be Frozen and then put right in the oven is a great idea. Another good idea is before doing any chores around the house, ask if there is any way specifically they want it done. Well most new moms are grateful for any help, if there is a particular way she wants things done having to redo what you did is more stress.

all parts of childbirth are real to the moms who experience it. immediate postpartum is can be rough, so having tools to help make it easier and more comfortable is extremely helpful.
