Today was National Cheese Day and boy there are a lot of cheeses. To celebrate cheese day, we went a little further and turned it into a Charcuterie Board.
The platter consisted of cheese,meats, vegetables, olives and fruit. Topped it off with coconut pie. The residents loved it! Said it was the neatest thing they have ever ate.
Thank you Iris Bonham -Dietary Manager, for making the platters look very appetizing as well as beautiful for our residents.
