From Speech Therapist to Director of Rehabilitation… to Senior Director of Rehab for the Southern Region… and now stepping into her newest role as Assistant Administrator.

Kristin’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Her commitment to excellence, compassionate leadership, and dedication to both her teams and her patients have inspired everyone around her. Every step of the way, Kristin has led with heart, purpose, and an unwavering drive to grow, not just professionally, but personally.

We’re so proud to celebrate this well-deserved milestone and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes in this next chapter.

A special shoutout to Chandler, her incredible preceptor, for playing such an impactful role in this transition. It’s leaders like Kristin (and mentors like Chandler) who continue to raise the bar.
