IHW had a wonderful evening with Dr. Binata Murherjee from USA COM!
She guided us through an insightful exploration of our relationship with food and shared practical ways we can take action to create positive change. We’re so grateful for her time, wisdom, and warmth.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us! And of course, no IHW night is complete without something healthy and delicious — this time, we enjoyed roasted cauliflower with pesto penne pasta and a cozy roasted squash soup.
