Making tomorrow’s smoothie today.
What’s the secret to my smoothie success? A big part of it is just washing the blender and putting it away right after. It can be a big production getting all the stuff prepped… and my tiny kitchen can get real small real quick if I don’t keep things organized. Cleaning as I go puts my mind at ease and insures I start my next project in a ready to use kitchen… I like it like that.✔️

As society and life seem to become ever busier and more complicated, a daily self care routine to help prepare the body/mind for gameplay is a must, and having some type of breath work included is highly recommended. Breathing happens for us… we don’t have to think about it, we don’t even have to try. But when we focus on the breath with purpose, whether just watching it or actively manipulating it, great things can happen… beyond exercise for the respiratory system or tool for meditation.
