Huge thank you to the University of South Alabama Student Rec Center for the invitation to host a Reiki sound bowl meditation this evening. We had an incredible turn out! What a beautiful facility and amazing staff! I really enjoyed connecting and working with everyone’s energy tonight. 🙏💜

How are you all? This eclipse season is hitting me hard. Much harder than I had anticipated. I’ve been hit with a lot of very unexpected curve balls the last few weeks and it’s been A LOT.

For me, personally, it is forcing me to sit in my shadow and really feel into some uncomfortable feelings. I’ve been guilty of some spiritual bypassing lately. I thought it was necessary to get things done that I thought *needed* to get done but that was not putting me and my self care first. That should always be a priority over everything. So, I’m taking some time now to do it.

In order to take care of myself, I had to do something that makes me very uncomfortable-reschedule several appointments with some of you this week. I’m a reforming people pleaser who has historically put others needs before my own needs. This is often an Achilles heal of a healer and something many of us have to work on. Whew!

While the renovations on the new lifestyle & wellness center are not 100% complete, the portion for Cetana Reiki is ready and I have started seeing some of you in person this week!

Since I’m no longer required to spend as much time on renovations as before, I am able to open my schedule a little more for bookings. There are now some March appointments up for grabs!

If you already have an appointment & have noticed something earlier is now available, you can reschedule your appointment by following the instructions in your confirmation email.

FINALLY! We have withstood paint shortages, and many other materials delays along the way to make it to this week. The contractor finished up all of the big stuff on Friday so we can finally begin moving in! There are only small things remaining (a couple door k***s & light fixtures that are still backordered, etc)

The grand opening will be next month but I should be able to start seeing clients in my studio space later this month! I can’t wait to see all of my local Gulf Coast clients very soon!!

December - Office Update:
Thanks again for your patience! I get asked all the time by my locals here - “How’s the office coming along?” “When can I come in for a session and meet you in person?!” “When will you host group events so I can meet other like-minds in the area?”

The office is coming along great! I still have a lot to do with the landscaping, furnishing, and decor, but we are now at the point of putting fresh paint on the walls!! That’s one of the very last steps. After the paint, we’ll put all the plumbing and lighting fixtures in and start arranging the furniture. I’ll probably be working on that during Christmas 🎄.

What’s to come: Grand Opening with signage and advertising is tentatively planned for February but I’ll open soft, taking my existing local clients or referrals, as soon as possible - looks Iike shortly after the holidays. ❄️ The in-person group events will come at/after the grand opening 👫💫

I know many of you have been patiently waiting a long time to be able to come in. I hear from so many of you regularly - for the last year, checking in. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for your patience while we work to make this happen.

In the meantime, convenient and equally-effective distance sessions will always be available to my locals and my many distance clients located all over the world! So much love to you all! 🌎🤍See you soon!

Hi Friends and Clients!

A little update from over here at Cetana. We are busy, busy, busy, in the home stretch of the renovations of our new office space for in-person appointments and group events. We are so excited about this! We are also working on adding some additional services that will be offered both in-person and by distance (that announcement will come soon).

I share all of this to say, if you’re thinking about booking a session for November, do so ASAP as availability will be somewhat limited to allow for the time needed to prepare for all of these exciting changes.

If you are in a bind and can’t find something available online, please contact me and I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
