Yin Yang Wellness Center will be temporarily closed until Summer 2025. During this time, we will focus on enhancing our space and refining our offerings to provide you with an even more fulfilling wellness experience upon our return.

✨ Introducing Serenity Sessions ✨
We are excited to announce that the creation of our safe spaces for meditation, yoga, quiet time, etc. are now available to the public in 30-minute or 60-minute increments.

This idea was birthed from one of our co-owners wanting to place the necessary emphasis on the importance of not only having a safe space of solitude, but also the understanding that not everyone has access to those spaces due the many roles and responsibilities we may have as a caretaker, spouse, parent, professional, student, etc.

So, if you are in need of a safe space on your lunch break, before or after work, in between running errands or whenever you can squeeze a moment of self care in for yourself, check out our Serenity Sessions below!
