If you’re constantly saying “yes” to everyone at the expense of your own well-being, you're not being generous — you're being depleted. You cannot give what you don’t have. Set limits, or you’ll burn out before the season is over.

Yes, it's wonderful to serve others, but it's just as important to protect yourself and your well-being.
Who are you, and what is your purpose this season? It’s okay to let go of the pressure to be everywhere and do everything. Your worth isn’t tied to how much you give or how available you are.
Communicate openly, set boundaries, and focus on what truly brings you joy and peace. You deserve it.

And every life lost is one too many. In observation of National Su***de Prevention Month, our team is sharing daily resources this week to help destigmatize the conversation, raise awareness, and provide practical ways to support the millions of individuals affected by depression and su***de.
