I can't believe it's already here! Closing out the first work day of 2026, I am reflecting on what an awesome year 2025 was:

Thousands of appointments, nervous systems adjusted, babies adjusted for the very first time. Bodies regulated, pain resolved, innate unlocked. I will never not be in awe of how much one tiny adjustment can change for the body! Thank the Lord for His beautiful design!

It was a year of learning to embrace a slower pace - taking my own advice for my postpartum mamas - and fitting into the role of mama myself. In 2025 my sweet girl got her first adjustment ever, my husband and I celebrated 10 years of marriage. Blessings abounded!

Thank you for being a part of 2025, I look forward to 2026 being the best year yet!

I am excited to announce that I am expanding my adjusting hours once again! Adding in morning hours on both Monday and Wednesday to better serve you 🤩

Getting adjusted is not about fixing every problem in the body - symptoms and dysfunction are multi-faceted - it's more about shifting from a symptom-reactive mentality to a proactive mentality. You get adjusted to support your body's ability to adapt. To stress. To change. To loss. To ingredients that are less than ideal.

Your body does what it does *better* because you're removing the static in the picture your body sends to your brain so that it can analyze input and then tell your body how to function.

Chiropractic for kids ✨👶

• Safe - When thinking of least invasive treatments to most invasive, adjustments fall under least invasive. My malpractice insurance is crazy low because the insurance companies know you don't get hurt getting adjusted.
• Gentle - Adjustments for kids look much different than adult adjustments. I consider adults adjustments to already be gentle and kid adjustments are no more than gentle pressure at points of tension to help ease the stress on the nervous system. Each child's adjustment is tailored to their development and babies can be adjusted as soon as they are born (mine got adjusted minutes after).
• Effective - If you've ever seen a fussy baby settle after their adjustment, you know. Getting the body in balance helps bring out the "ease" instead of "dis-ease". When your brain can accurately tell your body how to adapt to its environment, function follows!

Your kiddos can't always tell you when they're not functioning at 100%, that's why it is important to get checked regularly and ensure function is not inhibited to any degree by subluxation.
