Let Go

To let go does not mean to stop caring;
It means I can’t do it for someone else.
To let go is not to cut myself off;
It’s the realization that I can’t control another.
To let go is to admit powerlessness,
Which means the outcome is not in my hands.
To let go is not to try to change or blame another;
It’s to make the most of myself.
To let go is not to “care for,” but to “care about.”
To let go is not to judge,
But to allow another to be a human being.

To let go is not to deny, but to accept.
To let go is not to nag, scold, or argue,
But instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To let go is not to regret the past,
but to grow and live for the future.
To let go is to fear less and love more.

Let Go and Have a Good Night~~

💚Important ECM Update💚

Practicing the Pause💓
As a therapist, my priority is to provide the best care possible to all of the people I serve. Due to the increasing demand of people prioritizing their Mental Health and my need to keep my cup filled, I am currently not taking new clients.

For those seeking services, I'm hopeful we can work together in the future. Please feel free to reach out to me around April 15th to discuss scheduling an appointment.

I have placed a few resources in the comments.

I appreciate your support, understanding and patience💕

Heey Y'all!
Just wanted to send a quick reminder about the upcoming Mental Health Awareness Event & Panel Discussion coming up on Saturday at 3:30pm.

BossLady Brooke Leatherwood and I have been discussing and planning this for quite some time. I am extremely proud of her taking this brave, proactive stance in her very own healing and selfless desire to help others along the way. She is definitely "Standing On Business" and holding my feet to the fire as well!

Our heart's desire is that you all come out and get this information from the people who have lived experience and professionals who help others navigate their mental health. Erasing the Stigma Surrounding Mental Health in Our Community is So Important In These Days.

We will be announcing our panel later today!

Heey Y'all 💕
As we start the New Year, it's crucial to check your Behavioral Health insurance coverage. Why, you ask? Well, many insurance plans reset their deductibles at the beginning of the year, which means your coverage may have changed.

For those seeking mental health support or counseling, it's essential to review your insurance policy to understand any changes that might affect your benefits. By doing so, you can ensure you make the most of your coverage and avoid any unexpected costs.

Here are a few steps to take:

1️⃣ Contact your insurance provider: Reach out to your insurance company's customer care helpline or visit their website to understand the specifics of your Behavioral Health coverage.

2️⃣ Review your policy: Take the time to carefully read through your policy documents, paying attention to details such as deductibles, copayments, out-of-network coverage, and limitations.

3️⃣ Find in-network providers: If you require counseling or mental health services, make sure to find therapists or counselors who are in-network with your insurance plan. This can help you maximize your benefits and reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

Remember, prioritizing your mental health is crucial, and understanding your insurance coverage can make a significant difference in your journey to well-being. Don't hesitate to take a few minutes to review your policy and ensure you have the support you need.
