We are hiring at First Light Community!

First Light Community of Mobile is a community where people with and without intellectual disabilities share life together. We have 6 homes and an Activity Center located in the Midtown area of Mobile, AL, where we provide homes and support for our 25 Core Members (individuals with an intellectual disability).

If you are an international student, a part-time student, need some internship or work-study hours, please reach out and let us know how our community can welcome you!
