To schedule an appointment for counseling and/or testing, contact the office at 460-7051. If you are coming in for counseling, our secretary will ask you for some information about the issue(s) of concern so that you can be assigned to the appropriate counselor. You are not required to disclose this information if you do not want to do so. When you come in for the counseling appointment itself, you will be asked to complete a brief intake form prior to beginning counseling. It is a good idea to arrive about ten minutes early for the first appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed without resulting in a delay in being seen. Appointments generally last about 50 minutes. Confidentiality
Counseling services are provided confidentially. Information is not divulged to others without a student’s consent unless there are compelling ethical and/or legal reasons for doing so such as when there is a threat of serious harm to self or others.
