AIDB Mobile Regional Center The Alabama Institute for Deaf & Blind (AIDB) Mobile Regional Center serves the needs of individuals who are Deaf, Blind, DeafBlind, or Multidisabled.

Serving the needs of the Deaf, Blind, and Deaf-Blind from Birth-to-Death in the following Alabama counties: Baldwin, Clarke, Conecuh, Escambia, Mobile, Monroe, and Washington.

Looking for support with communication devices? We’ve got you covered.

Come out to the AIDB Mobile Regional Center on May 19, 2026 to:
✔️ Learn about the Alabama Telecommunications Access Program (ATAP)
✔️ Complete your application on-site
✔️ Explore FREE devices like iPhones, iPads, and amplified phones

ATAP supports individuals with hearing, vision, or age-related sensory loss and other communication needs. Income guidelines apply.

Join us for Little Hands, Big Words: ASL Class—an 8-week interactive experience designed for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers!

👶 Build early communication skills
🤟 Learn real, everyday American Sign Language
💛 Strengthen connection between you and your child

Whether your child is Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, enrolled in Early Intervention, or you simply want to support early language development—this class is for you.
