Workout in..now for lunch on the road! Pack your food! Food is fuel not a treat! We have only eaten out 1 time this whole trip (6 days in) and that was our treat!! Consistency is key!!

Get those meals prepped!! It makes a world of difference. We meal prepped for ourselves and Kale and Ike for 1 week. Yes it took 2+ hours but it's done and saving us so much time thru the week!

Besides working out. Our next favorite hobby: fishing!! Many lake days to come but that doesn't mean we give up our workouts and meal plans. We packed light this weekend. We spent $0 on food by preparing and taking it all. Even just simple foods like protein chips and tuna packets!! It's worth it!!
