I'm so excited to be apart of this healing endeavor, to be bring awareness to alternative healing practices and the art of mindful body coherence through tuning in.

We are so grateful to have The Quantum Gypsy of Quantum Symphony Healing Arts leading our Healing Center at Essential Rhythms! 🌀☀️

As our Healing Center Organizer, she is helping curate a sacred space where festival-goers can restore, reconnect, and renew — body, mind, and spirit.

Hi friends.
I had to recover from the shift in energy this weekend.
I wanted to personally shout out on my page the Spring Equinox Ecstatic Dance Class was absolutely sublime.
Thank you to everyone who came and shared their energy with us, I believe we truly shifted into this timeline within ourselves and brought in the light and love, opening your hearts and moving your bodies with joy, letting go of pain and coming back to self.

And Alexandra Lynn thank you for letting us be a community of co-creators and conscious light at your space.
