The Charles M. Baugh Biomedical Library and USA Health have partnered to host "The Healing Arts" exhibit, a moving collection of works created by adult oncology patients from USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute and pediatric patients from USA Health Children's & Women's Hospital. These powerful patient-created pieces reflect themes of resilience, hope, and the healing journey.

The exhibit runs through October 24, and is free for all visitors.

The Charles M. Baugh Biomedical Library is located at 5791 USA Drive N, Mobile, AL 36688. The library is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 7:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., and Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Congratulations to the Laura Crandall Brown Foundation and the USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute for helping secure a proclamation recognizing September as Gynecological Cancer Awareness Month in Mobile. MCI was honored to accept this proclamation on behalf of the foundation and highlight the vital support they provide to patients in Mobile County, including financial and transportation assistance. This recognition raises important awareness about gynecological cancers and the resources available in the community.
