To all of our wonderful patients: we understand your frustration about this terrible news. As soon as we receive more details about where your providers will transition to and the final date of our closure, we will share that information immediately. We ask for your patience and understanding while we try to handle the continuation of care for all of our established patients over the next several weeks.
