This flow class, offered both in-person and virtually, invite all to cultivate peaceful strength for the coming year! We hope to see you there!

Welcome to Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy, located in Mobile, AL, where our doors are open to EVERYONE – from the very beginner interested in finding out more about yoga to advanced practitioners who have practiced extensively. We want to encourage each and every one of our students, wherever they may be on their path. Our expert instructorsare committed to providing guidance along every step of your yoga journey.

Come in and reap the benefits of Dry Salt Therapy in our Luxurious Himalayan Salt room containing over 6000 pounds of pink Himalayan salt and a top of the line halogenerator. Sessions are 45 minutes, allowing to body to reach a calm and meditative state when detached from the outside world.
