It’s time to get into the fall session and start a new workout plan! Here is our schedule for the month of September:
Mondays are Restorative Yoga at 7:00, because Mondays can be tough after a busy weekend so it’s a good time to rest and restore🧘🏻‍♀️
Tuesdays we move into yoga, sometimes a slow and gentle flow, sometimes a rhythmic flow connecting movement with breath✨
Wednesdays we get stronger 💪 with Pilates and Sculpt, a good way to get over the hump and move towards the weekend.
Thursdays we finish with a 💥 and end the week with our favorites…Tabata and H.I.I.T.
There are some later times so that you have a little more time to get the kiddos situated before taking time for some self-care. There may also be some weekend pop-up classes so watch for those!
There is also a BACK-TO-SCHOOL SPECIAL!!!! Teachers and students get $5 off of a punch card this month only, so don’t miss out!

Dancer pose…The dancer pose is a challenging but rewarding yoga pose that offers a wide range of physical and mental benefits.
It improves balance, flexibility, strength, and focus while promoting mindfulness and stress reduction. With proper technique and modifications, this pose can be beneficial for yogis of all levels.
Tonight’s yoga class will build up to this pose; it will be a gentle warm up, going into some sun salutations and then will go into a beautiful flow that will include dancer pose and end with a cool down. Join me tonight to close out the month with yoga, tonight at 6:00.

I am getting the fall schedule ready and could use some help because your opinion really does matter. I love our workouts together and want to make it work for you the best I can, so if you would please let me know what times work the best for you and which classes you would like to see on the schedule, I would really appreciate it!! And feel free to add any new ideas you have for classes! I know school, work and sports schedules keep us all busy, but taking time out for yourself and for some self-care is essential to keep up🥰 Thank you for helping me keep this going; I couldn’t do it without you💕

As August comes to a close and summer is winding down, this will be the last week of our summer schedule and morning classes. Look for the new September schedule to come out later this week with new classes and times.

Hello all!

My name is Jordan. My yoga journey started 5 years ago when I thought I had to look like every instagram yoga model out there. Constantly posting pictures of myself in awesome poses (without warming up first), certainly surprised I didn’t injure myself. Little did I know the word “yoga” mean to “unite”, there was much more deeper than the surface about what yoga is truly all about.

Long story short: After 5 years of practice, two babies, and lots of postpartum trial-and-error prescription anti-depressants, I knew my life had deeper meaning and I found my calling.

I started Yoga Teacher Training August 2018 and ever since then my outlook on life has change dramatically. Because I’m not much of a writer, here’s a little before/after....
