We celebrate the amazing Jackie Hanna, our Psychiatric Mental Health Certified Nurse Practitioner Intern, who is finishing up her last day with us. She has blessed us with her knowledge and fortitude and always...always brings Jessie Brockel pickle-flavored snacks.

🐾 Hi, I’m MAZAKEEN — but you can call me MAZE! 🐾
I’m the newest team member at The Support Circle, and I’m paws-itively thrilled to start my new job as a therapy dog-in-training! 🐶💼

I may look like a tough cookie… but don’t be fooled — I’m a total softy at heart. I love meeting new people, offering snuggles, and being a steady, calming presence when life feels a little overwhelming.

Right now, I’m learning the ropes, working hard on my training, and doing my best to earn all the belly rubs and head pats I can. 🦴💕

Whether you need a furry friend to sit with, a warm hello when you walk in, or just a few tail wags to brighten your day — I’m your girl.

You know what gets me JAZZED?

Being a Clinical Supervisor and working with students who are eager to LEARN! We currently have the best clinical interns, who bring a positive energy, excellent skills, and a creative approach to sessions.

Working with clients from a space of curiosity and understanding, and being able to flex to meet their needs, is where the magic is at.

Children’s Bibliotherapy Series | Ages 4–8

Held every third Thursday | 5:30–6:30 PM | June–September
Looking for a meaningful (and fun!) way to help your child grow their emotional smarts this summer? 🌈 Our Children’s Bibliotherapy Series combines the power of storytelling with creative play to teach social-emotional skills in ways that really stick.

Why bibliotherapy?
Stories give children language for their feelings, tools for tough moments, and the opportunity to see kindness, courage, and empathy in action. When paired with crafts and movement-based activities, books help kids explore big topics—like friendship, anger, listening, and mindfulness—in a way that feels natural and safe. 📖💛

Each session features:
