Hello Walk with a Doc- Mocksville Walkers!

Winter update~ We are going to try something new this year. November, December, January and February walks will ALL be held at Davie Family YMCA to stay out of the cold. We will meet indoors in the lobby area. You don’t need to be a member of the YMCA to attend. After our 15 minute health topic in the lobby, we will head up to the indoor walking track to walk together. The indoor walking track requires going up a flight of stairs to access.

Please join us next week Saturday, November 8th! Our guest speaker is Joyce Sparks, Silver Sneakers/Zumba Gold group fitness instructor for the YMCA. She will be talking to us about her journey in fitness in her 70s, the benefits of group exercise beyond movement benefits and how one small step can change your life!

As always, these walks are for everyone in the community, all ages welcome! Please invite your friends and family!
