Friends and clients, I wanted to share a personal update regarding my schedule

A close family member is undergoing an urgent medical procedure and will require 8-10 weeks of recovery time. This greatly impacts our usual childcare arrangements, so I will be temporarily blocking my schedule through December as we navigate this situation and figure out the best way forward.

This means I won't be taking any new appointments during this time and may need to adjust a few existing ones. If your session is affected, please know I will reach out to you personally ASAP to reschedule at a time that works best.

Once we have a plan in place, I’ll update everyone and reopen my schedule for booking.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your incredible patience and understanding. It truly means the world to me!

📚 School kicks off August 25th, and I’ll be donning my many mom hats again—chauffeur, snack curator, homework wrangler, and all-around chaos coordinator. Evening appointments will be a bit more rare, so if that’s your favorite time to unwind, be sure to book ahead.

⭐️Starting September 1st, customized massage sessions will go up by $10.
Your body deserves the good lotion, the comfy linens, and the extra training I keep doing to serve you better. This small increase helps me keep the experience intentional, unrushed, and all about YOU. ✨

🎁 Gift cards will reflect the new pricing immediately, but anything purchased before then will still be honored at the current rate. This also applies to any appointments already booked in September.

As the owner and therapist at Sage & Stone, I’ve built this space to be one of healing, safety, and professionalism—for every client, every time.

Massage therapy is a therapeutic service, focused on wellness, recovery, and support. It is not sexual in any manner.

It’s unfortunate that this still needs to be clarified in our profession—but it does. Any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

If this line is crossed:

▪️The session will be ended immediately

▪️You will be permanently banned from booking any future appointments

▪️In serious cases, the authorities will be contacted

This isn’t just policy—it’s a clear boundary protecting the integrity of this work and the safety of everyone who comes here for care.
