Recipe 🌈 Makes 12 donuts
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons salted butter
1/2 bag mini marshmallows, divided
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
1 cup green chocolate melts
edible glitter
Instructions
Butter donut pan well. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add in all but 1/2 cup of the mini marshmallows. Reduce heat to low and stir continuously until marshmallows are completely melted.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Add in the cereal and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows, folding gently.
Scoop about two tablespoons into each donut mold. Use your fingers (rub them in butter) to gently press the treats into the pan. Allow to set one hour.
Place one cup of green chocolate melts in one cup prep bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir repeat at 15 seconds intervals till chocolate is smooth. Dip half of each donut in chocolate, place on baking mat. Add edible glitter and let dry!
