Our specialized community environments and personalized care model reconnect your loved ones to their cherished memories—helping to create a deep sense of purpose for them. Memory loss manifests itself differently in each person and we recognize the challenges faced. This specialized memory care community is near medical facilities equipped to serve the specific needs of those experiencing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss.

We had a great time representing El Rio and The Park at Modesto at the Bristol Bingo Bonanza! We provided transport for other seniors who needed a ride to the event and got to spend time with Bristol hospice and many other vendors who work with seniors. The event was a great success with over 200 people attending and playing bingo, including our residents!

Our residents are having a Wonderful Summer 🤩 We enjoyed a trip to the Stanislaus County Fair.
