Today’s halo around the sun stopped me in my tracks. It reminded me of what the Kid Reiki Divine Heart energy teaches so well, the instinct to pause, look up, and let wonder register in the body. I’m grateful for this work and the way it brings people back to curiosity, presence, and that open-hearted sense of noticing what’s right above us. Happy Gratitude Day!

It regulates, calms, invigorates and focuses a child all at the same time.

Get out their wiggly-woos and blow away the bad moods with a dose of expansive sky and fresh air.

This morning, I crossed paths with a beautiful buck on my walk. The sunlight caught his lifeline energy, which made me stop and pay attention. In many metaphysical traditions, deer medicine speaks to gentleness paired with awareness, sensitivity without weakness, and the ability to move through the world with quiet strength. In addition to seeing them, I am practicing my ability to hear them. To know they are there and how many of them are present before physically seeing them.

Help me decide on the perfect time of day for our Virtual Reiki Share!

Every first Tuesday of the month, I offer a free Virtual Reiki Share for everyone Reiki Level I and beyond. It's an inspiring community event, providing healing and Reiki experiences to everyone who attends.

The Reiki Share has always been scheduled for 9:30 am. I would like to hear from YOU, if this is a good time for you or if earlier or later in the day would enable you to attend (or attend more often).

Leave a 👍 if 9.30 am is the perfect time, a ❤ if you'd prefer earlier in the morning (before work) or a 🥰 if later in the day (after work) would be a better time for you.

Private Sound Bath Sessions — Fully Booked for November

All private sound bath appointments are now filled for the month. I’m so grateful to everyone who scheduled time for deep relaxation and healing before the holidays.

Sound therapy works gently yet profoundly to help the body and mind release stored tension. The resonant tones of gongs and crystal bowls invite the nervous system to shift into balance, calm the heart rate, quiet mental chatter, and support emotional and energetic realignment.
