Who said oatmeal was boring? 39.5g protein says otherwise. 💁‍♀️

Ingredients:
• 1 cup old fashioned oats
• 1 ¼ cup water
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 ½ servings Vital Performance vanilla protein
• 20g PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
• Optional: cinnamon & honey (don’t skip — adds a POP of flavor)

Instructions:

Boil 1 ¼ cups water. Add oats, stir for 5 min, then remove from heat.

Mix in protein powder (add more water if too thick).

In a small bowl, combine PB2 with 1 tsp water at a time until peanut butter consistency.

Assemble: oatmeal → cinnamon → blueberries → PB2 → drizzle honey.

Nutrition:
• Calories: 657
• Protein: 39.5g
• Net Carbs: 83.9g
• Fat: 7.1g
