I specialize in Prenatal massage. It is safe during all stages of pregnancy. It is especially helpful for low back/sciatic pain and other muscular pains due to pregnancy. I'm also trained in working with people who recover from injuries/surgeries or repetitive injuries. I usually give a firm yet relaxing massage by candle light, soothing music and the sound of trickling water. However, I can adjus

My goal is to help you relieve muscular pain and tension using various modalities such as deep tissue, swedish, anma, cross-fiber, trigger point, hot stones massage, scraping, massage cupping and manual lymphatic drainage massage including after surgery. Eating plant-based myself since 2009. I spend years to research this subject. I was concerned that I wouldn't get enough nutrition, especially protein, but I found out that eating animal products of any kind is actually detrimental to our health. Why did my doctor never tell me that? My health and the health of my husband improved so much after changing to a whole foods plant-based diet. I want to share what I know with you. I believe it would be a crime NOT to share what I have learned. I wish now that there had been someone who told me what I know now when I first decided to change my diet. It would have been much easier. You don't have to go through this alone. I will make the transition as easy as possible for you. There are many misconceptions about plant-based eating. I will share with you what I have learned, so you will have the tools you need to prevent disease and improve your current state of health. You will learn about studies on nutrition, get names of plant-based doctors, nutritionists and and I will share recipes with you. I can also connect you with other plant-based eaters if you like locally and online (recommended). Location:

I usually give a firm yet relaxing massage by candle light, soothing music and the sound of trickling water. However, I can adjust the pressure to your comfort level. My goal is to help you relieve muscular pain and tension using various modalities such as deep tissue, swedish, anma, cross-fiber, trigger point, and massage cupping.
