In collaboration with Health Plan of San Joaquin/Mountain Valley Health Plan, Golden Valley Health Centers increased well-child visits on weekends by providing Saturday appointments. These weekend appointments made it easier for busy families to receive preventative care. ✅

Innovative partnerships like these remove barriers to care and expand health care access in our communities.

We recently hosted a tour with our Modesto City Schools partners—Health Services Director, Tom Nipper and Robertson Road Elementary Principal, Guillermo Lopez Romo—at our Robertson Road Clinic. We highlighted the services offered at this GVHC school-based health center, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Dental, and Women’s Health.

Together, we strengthen our partnerships to support students and family health, all year long!
