Citing research isn't scary (it's ethical!)

Alyssa Phillips, Regional Clinical Training Coordinator and Ethics Committee member reminds us to cite our sources. We should remember to give credit where credit is due. It is our ethical responsibility to ensure we give Appropriate Credit to research.

Let's save the ghosts for Halloween costumes instead.

Halloween is for treats (not stress!)

Trick-or-treating shouldn't be spooky for our friends and loved ones with special needs. Check out our tips to support your child through trick-or-treating this year.

Provide them with a visual to follow during the outing, and provide comfort (as needed) especially if Halloween is a new experience for them. Be sure to communicate with your child on how they are feeling and provide support to create both a comfortable and enjoyable experience for them.

Last week we welcomed our newest cohort of RCs (Regional Coordinators) to the PBS crew!

The RC role at PBS provides administrative support to their regional team (from behavior assistants to RBTs, to student analysts and behavior analysts!), and provides clinical support to clients and our providers who support them within their region.
