We’re inviting you to a couple of free community yoga classes at the studio on Saturday, April 11 at 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM.

Our newest graduates will be teaching their certification demo classes. This is an important step in their training, and having a supportive room truly makes a difference.

This class is open to everyone. You do not need to be a member to attend.

If you are a member and reserve your spot using a class pass or membership, your class will be credited back to your account. You will not lose a class. We simply ask that you come with a supportive mindset as they step into their teaching.

Class Details:
This will be an all-levels, trauma sensitive hatha style class, designed to be accessible, supportive, and well-paced. You can expect a balanced flow with guidance, modifications, and a welcoming environment as our graduates lead you through their sequence.

Please bring a yoga mat and an optional water bottle.

Registration is open for my Breathwork Facilitator Training this July.

If you’ve been wanting to understand your body better, especially how breathing affects tension, calm, and how you feel day to day, this is for you.

You do not need a background in yoga or breathwork to be here.

This training is in person for a reason. You will practice it, feel it in your own body, and see how it works in real time. That is what builds confidence.

Some women come for themselves. Some bring it into their work. Most end up doing both.

If you are a registered yoga teacher, this qualifies for 20 continuing education hours through Yoga Alliance.

Registration is open for my 50-Hour Yin Training this October!

You might hear yin and think, quiet, deeper, still stretches. BUT, Yin is a completely different experience in the body. From how joints respond, how the connective (fascia) tissue adapts, and one of my faves… how the nervous system settles when you give time and gentle support instead of action or even force. Once you understand it, you don’t look at practice the same way again. It is pretty magical. I also need more yin teachers at the studio, :D So here we are!!!

We’ll spend three weekends working together in person ; practicing, observing, adjusting, and learning. For those that know me, you know that I’m an in person training type of gal. So this is in person! Details below, then go to the bio.

We just welcomed my first great-grandbaby, Lilyana Marie, into the world yesterday. I don’t feel old enough to be a Great-Grandma, yet here I am.🙋🏻‍♀️

Women’s health and healing is not what it used to be. We have applied ancient principles of fasting, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. We are praying more and carving out time for meditation and self-care. We have learned the science nutrition of Whole Foods and we are saying no to toxic food, toxic habits, and toxic people. As a result, we feel better, move better, and shoot, I think we look better! Knowledge is power.

As a functional health practitioner and health coach, I have invested tens of thousands of dollars for decades, pouring into myself with all things health and wellness . One of my more recent trainings includes getting certified by Dr. Mindy Peltz in her worldwide Fast Like A Girl program. I would love to share more with you in my upcoming workshop THIS Sunday.

Additionally, I have two spots left for one on one coaching in my premium coaching. Not because there are dozens of people booking, but because I only take on a very small group of women due to the time required to coach a one-on-one client. I just don’t have the capacity to take more than five total.

I’m really excited to finally open registration for this 🩵

We are offering an in-person Breathwork Facilitator Training and this one is designed for people who work with human beings - whether that’s through movement, wellness, hands-on work, coaching, education, or leadership.

Breathing affects so much more than relaxation. It influences the nervous system, muscle tension, circulation, and how tissues respond and recover. Most of us were never actually taught how to work with this in a practical way, and that’s exactly what we’ll be doing together.

This is not an online watch-and-learn format.
We will be practicing, guiding, observing, and learning with real people in the room. You’ll receive feedback, develop confidence, and leave with skills you can actually apply. AND, you will be certified as a Foundational Breathwork Facilitator.

No experience required.
You do NOT need to be a yoga teacher.

20 Hours | Friday–Sunday

Losing or maintaining your goal weight shouldn’t feel like a food prison. And going into menopause should not feel like hell. 😒

The most common thing I hear from people that don’t understand a fasting lifestyle is that they don’t want to have to starve themselves. That is not what this is. It’s simply changing when you eat… not starving. There is a rhythm where your systems begin to work for you rather than against you. Not just for weight loss, but for balancing out your hormones. Ever heard of the phrase, “Work smarter not harder? That’s the fasting lifestyle. 🤠 When done right, this approach supports appetite regulation, metabolic flexibility, and actually gives us more steady energy, not up-down swings.
