🌞 Spring Forward with Ease! ⏰
Daylight Savings Time is here! This Sunday, we spring forward and lose an hour of sleep—but don’t worry, you and your little one can adjust smoothly.
💡 Tip: Start waking up 15 minutes earlier each day leading up to the time change. This gradual shift helps your body (and baby’s!) adjust more naturally.
☀️ Bonus: Spend time outside in natural light during the day to help reset your internal clock. Sunlight is the best cue for your body to recognize the new schedule!
