How to Start the Conversation 🗣️
Talking about mental health can feel awkward or overwhelming, but having a trusted adult to turn to makes all the difference.

đź’¬ Not sure what to say? Try this:
📌 “I’ve been feeling really stressed lately, and I don’t know how to handle it.”
📌 “I just need someone to listen right now—can we talk?”
📌 “I’ve been struggling with my mental health and need some support.”

🏆 Pro tip: If you’re unsure if someone is a trusted adult, start with something small—see how they respond!

📲 Need support? Call 1-800-950-NAMI (6264) or text "helpline" to 62640.

đź’¬ Tag a friend who needs this reminder!
