OKAYYY!!! So I am only kindof in the 21st century with the rest of you! For patients that we have talked about supplements with; you can now get signed up through the clinic to order your supplements and have them shipped directly to you. There are loads of companies to shop from. Let me know if you would like an invite to start shopping at-home!

If you’ve been lucky enough to not be down with the sickness; consider yourself one of the lucky ones! But if you want to help support your immune system we have a new arsenal of supplies in!! I do love them all. But my personal favs are elderberry and the ones in orange (if taken at very first sign of symptom). If all else fails Spill the Beans coffee won’t hurt 😂💕
