Pilate abs 😅 trust me when I say this doesn’t look like much but done right will have your abs burning 🔥 I have a pretty strong core & this was rough even for me!!! Main thing to remember keep your belly button pulled in and core engaged. Always exhale when coming up. Keep these movements slow & controlled! Do 3 sets of 10 at least!

No video today but here’s a leg/glute workout at home. Body weigh squats 15 reps x3. Donkey kicks 10 reps each side x 2. Calf raises 20 reps x 3 Glute bridges 15 reps x 3 get your cardio in! 30 minutes a day 🫶
