Recently Theodore "Ted" Tsoumas, had these wonderful remarks regarding his experience at Resurrection Nursing and Rehabiliation Center, "The staff here has been excellent! They took care of anything I needed. I’m feeling better and physically stronger. I have nothing but compliments". The team at Resurrection Nursing and Rehabilitation Center helped Ted get stronger and educated him on his new medical device so he could get back to living life independently.

Casa San Carlo recently celebrated "A Wedding for the Ages", a Wedding Ceremony held at the community for Jack Kernan and Kate Schwaighart.

"The Casa San Carlo staff was thrilled and pulled out all the stops. They even delayed dinner, and in a facility like this, that's a big deal. Balloons proclaimed "Love is in the air!" and spelled out "I DO." Stated by, Ken Trainor, who captured this wonderful occasion.

Recently our residents at Heritage Lodge, were visited by Nursing Students from Kankakee Community College. They came to the assisted living community to learn and ask residents about senior living, healthcare for seniors, and other questions they may have had. Everyone truly enjoys this event and looks forward to it every year. Thank you again to the Kankakee Community College instructor and her students for making this possible year after year.
