Free LIFE HACK--Get Ready to Fall back into Bed! On Sunday, November 2, 2025, clocks will be set back one hour from 2 a.m. to 1 a.m., giving people the chance for an extra hour of sleep. Get the maximum benefits this week and set yourself up for a healthier month--come in for your Chiropractic adjustment, and let's do a little sleep-counseling while we are at it!
Try a "head start" on the one-hour of extra sleep. Build a new habit:
1. 🌘 Start now, giving yourself 10-20 more minutes of rest when you get to bed.
