A big birthday 🎂 out to Robert -he’s 71 year’s young today !

He started practicing yoga when he turned 65 y/o because he started to notice a lot of his friends were falling apart …he says.

Today he is not falling apart and getting his arms under his legs for / tortoise pose on his birthday at Mysore practice today .

Yoga is not a miracle but it can become the fountain of youth if start practicing and you keep practicing!

Age is really just a number they say and we will help you prove it . Come practice
