What goes on in our Bootcamp class?🤔We work everything in your body, but with purpose. The purpose being to move better and make your body stronger in each movement.💪🏽☺️Our days are usually divided up into 3 workout types:👉🏽Squat/Pull👉🏽Hinge/Press👉🏽Core/CardioDepending on what we’re focusing on that day, I usually structure the class as follows:1️⃣Dynamic Warmup- stretching and preparing our muscles for the movements of the day.2️⃣Core/Mobility Work- prepares your joints and core for the loads we’re about to take on in the main lift of the day.3️⃣Main Lift- Our main strength focus of lifting for the day, ie. Squats, Deadlifts, etc.4️⃣Accessory Lifts/Cardio- any smaller supporting exercises that help tie into our main strength focus for the day(ie. Lunges, rows, etc)5️⃣Fun group challenges- occasionally if there’s time, I’ll throw in an exercise challenge that the class completes together just for fun!☺️6️⃣Cooldown stretches- after a tough workout, it is nice for the muscles to relax and wind down, that way they can better recover until the next class😉It’s may seem a little complicated than your typical HIIT style class, but there’s a reason for what we do.🙂This structure helps reduce your body’s chance of injury.
