Our physicians work diligently to adhere to appointment schedules, ensuring they can dedicate sufficient time to each patient. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your appointments.

- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate you at that time.
- Late arrivals may require rescheduling your appointment to ensure proper care for all patients and a late cancellation fee.

Additionally, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.
