Today we painted circles with paper cups then we had a dance party!!!

Today we took a walk to the Moline Library and had lots of fun playing with dinosaurs, gears, sand, and so much more. Then we went outside to play in the afternoon. It was a cooler day and we had lots of fun.

We have been learning about circles. We had circles for snack, sang songs about circles and we went on a walk to find things that were circles. We found a lot of circles on our walk.

Little Patriots is all about helping our children succeed and develop. We have 2 communication boards to help our infants and toddlers express themselves even if they are unable to use words. Birth to three years old is the most rapid period of brain development in a person's life. This is a time when children are developing the communication and language skills that are the foundation for later school and career success.

Today we took walk before it got too hot. While on the walk we talked about the things we saw - dogs, flowers, bees, cars and trucks, feathers and so much more. Then we painted with green and blue paint. We talked about the shape that we were painting - a square.

Little Patriots are having fun outside before it gets too hot. We make sure we take our water bottles outside with us to stay hydrated.

Sunlight exposure during outdoor play helps the body produce Vitamin D, which is essential for bone health and overall well-being.
