�Hello, I am Amy Feist. I have been a nurse for 19 years and also a nurse practitioner for the last 13 years. I have worked in many areas including Intensive care, pediatric intensive care, emergency medicine and family practice. I am ready to add something fun to my already busy life. I joined Tara in aesthetics and beauty. I have been trained by International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM). I can perform both Botox and dermal fillers along with simple cosmetic dermatologic procedures. I would love to hear from you with questions and/or ways to make you feel and look your best! Services offered:

��Botox-Forehead - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe lines in the forehead in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The cost is $12 per unit and the number of units required is individualized based on my assessment. The usual number of units for this area is 16.

��Botox-Around the eyes (Smiley Eyes) - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe crow's feet in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The usual number of units for this area is 12.

��Botox-Glabella (Between Eyes) - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The cost is $12 per unit and the number of units required is individualized based on my assessment.

��Botox-Lip Lines - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe lines around the lips in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The usual number of units for lip lines is 2 to 4.

�Skin Tag/Mole/Wart Removal - For true skin tags with a small/narrow base-I will remove. Consultation first will be needed with anything else. Cost is based on the number of skin tags.
