Notice to Patients | Quad City Ambulatory Surgery Center (QCASC) will discontinue all outpatient surgical services after January 16, 2026. Outpatient surgical services will transition to the new and expanded ORA Surgery Center located at 5250 Competition Drive in Bettendorf, Iowa (near Iron Tee Golf).

Medical records for services provided at QCASC will be maintained by and continue to be available through ORA Surgery Center (Crow Valley Surgery Center). After January 16, 2026 patients may request copies of their QCASC medical records by calling Crow Valley Surgery Center at 563.449.8988 - select option #2. Patients will be required to complete an authorization form prior to release of records.

While our name and location are new, the care you trust remains the same—the same experienced surgical teams, the same high standards, and the same commitment to your health.

Our page will sunset in the near future. Please follow ORA Orthopedics for the latest updates—same trusted care, all in one place. 💙

We’re wrapping up Sterile Processing Week with a big round of applause for our incredible Sterile Processing Department! Sterile processing involves cleaning, inspecting, tracking, organizing, disinfecting, and sterilizing the medical instruments used during surgery and other care procedures.

These outstanding individuals are essential to providing safe, high-quality patient care and positive surgical outcomes for ORA Orthopedics surgery centers. We’re so proud to have you on our team — thank you for all that you do to keep our patients safe and our procedures running smoothly! 😊👏

Shout out to the Surgical Techs who help keep our patients safe and healthy in the operating room! They are tremendously organized, dedicated to infection control, knowledgeable about hundreds of surgical instruments and are always thinking one or two steps ahead.
