Our Sick Walk-In Clinic is available Monday thru Friday 8 am to 10:45 am for established sick patients over the age of 2 months with acute symptoms.

Hello PGA Families!
We are seeing increase cases of influenza A. Here are some helpful tips to help prevent and slow the spread.

Our Sick Walk-In Clinic is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 10:45 am for established children 2 months of age and older with acute symptoms/illness and will be seen by our first available provider.

Scheduling options:
1.We recommend using our self-scheduling link or call 309-797-5437 to reserve your spot in advance.

2. Request an appointment link to use if you are unable to find a time or if your request is for chronic problems such as concussions, recurrent headaches, behavioral problems, etc: https://phreesia.me/PGARQ
3. Call our office 309-797-5437 option 1 for nurse triage and leave a message they will call you back. Avoid calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages as this delays our response times.

If you have a chronic ongoing illness or concern or need a follow up from a recent ER visit contact our office to schedule for this type of appointment at 309-797-5437 and press 1 during normal business hours.
