I have been doing this 14 days free Yoga which was recommended to me by my friends and I think it would be a very good start who have not done any exercise for years to start with this.

Please don’t get scared by word Yoga . It’s made very simple by experience Yoga teacher from India. Just try one or two days and assess yourself.

What you will lose is your unhealthy habits , your lethargic attitude for fitness may be you lose some weight but will gain new energy and that may be life changing event for you.

Please don’t think too much to analyze but just experience. I did personally followed that suggestion and I feel happy about my choice.
