🎶🎃 What a perfect way to wrap up the week! Our residents got creative making the cutest pumpkins out of rolls of toilet paper and festive fabric — and the results were absolutely adorable! 🍂✨

We ended the day with our October Family Night, where we enjoyed live music from local artist Angela Meyer, whose beautiful voice filled our community with smiles, laughter, and toe-tapping joy. 💛

There’s nothing better than ending the week surrounded by friends, creativity, and great music! 🎵

🌟 Resident Spotlight: Meet Kathy! 🌟

Kathy is a warm and giving soul who finds true joy in helping others. Whether it’s lending a hand, sharing a kind word, or offering a smile that brightens someone’s day, Kathy always gives her all. She has a beautiful gift for lifting spirits and spreading happiness wherever she goes.

A big part of Kathy’s heart belongs to her beloved companion, Corbin the cat, who’s been by her side for 14 wonderful years — offering love, comfort, and plenty of purrs.

Kathy says she loves living at Charter Senior Living of Moline, where she’s surrounded by kindness, laughter, and genuine friendship. The caring staff, wonderful residents, and (of course!) amazing food make it truly feel like home.

What a spook-tacular afternoon! Our halls were filled with giggles, candy, and the cutest costumes around. 🍬🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️ The residents absolutely lit up seeing all the little ghosts, superheroes, and princesses stop by — their smiles were as sweet as the treats! 💜

Thank you to all the families who joined in the fun and helped make this Halloween celebration one to remember. 🧡 Until next year… boo sure to keep spreading those smiles! 😄🎃

Join us tomorrow Saturday, October 18th from 2–4 PM at Charter Senior Living of Moline (900 43rd Avenue) for an afternoon full of fun!

Bring the whole family for candy, music, games, and plenty of smiles — our residents can’t wait to see all the kids dressed up in their costumes! 🧡

Patricia has such a gentle, kind spirit and a way of making everyone around her feel comfortable and appreciated. Whether it’s sharing a laugh, having a heartfelt chat, or offering a few kind words, Patricia always finds joy in the simple moments that make each day special.

Since moving to Charter, Patricia has truly found her home. She often shares how grateful she is for the caring and compassionate staff who make every day brighter. We’re so thankful to have her as part of our Charter family — her warmth and joyful energy remind us daily what it means to Enhance the Human Spirit.

🍻 Busy and Fun Day at Charter Senior Living of Moline!

Our residents enjoyed a delicious lunch outing to Bent River Brewery right here in Moline, IL — great food, great company, and lots of laughter!

After lunch, the fun continued back at the community with cards, games, puzzles, and refreshing drinks. 🃏🧩🥤

It’s always a good day when we can share smiles and make memories together. 💛

🎃✨ Fall Craft Fun! ✨🎃

How cute is this pumpkin made entirely out of puzzle pieces?! 🧩🧡

We painted the pieces a warm orange, glued them into a pumpkin shape on a canvas, added a little stick stem and greenery and other accents— and voilà, the perfect fall décor! 🍂

Such an easy, creative project for all ages — and a great way to reuse those old puzzle pieces that have seen better days. 😉
