🥋 Kicks, Champions, and Smiles! 🥋

The men of Good Shepherd Manor had an exciting outing last weekend as they attended the USAMA World Martial Arts Championships! 💥 From high-energy demonstrations to incredible displays of skill and discipline, it was a day full of action and inspiration.

One of the biggest thrills? Getting to snap a photo with some of the amazing martial artists themselves! 📸👊

Thank you to everyone , especially Sensei Steve Gross, who made this experience unforgettable!

🎾 Special Olympics Tennis Skills - July Highlights! 🎾

Earlier this month, a group of our amazing athletes competed at the Special Olympics Tennis Skills competition held at Oak Lawn High School — and we couldn’t be more proud of their efforts, determination, and sportsmanship! 🙌💙

Back by popular demand! 🐾🌿
Our first trip to Sandy Oak Ranch was such a wonderful experience that more of the men from GSM wanted to go — and we were more than happy to make it happen! 😊 This second group enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds 🌳, connecting with nature 🦋, and getting up close with some truly amazing wildlife. It’s safe to say Sandy Oak Ranch continues to be a favorite adventure destination! 🚌💚
